Oversized items may be subject to additional handling charges. Please be sure to disclose all items weighing over 185 pounds with your sales advisor. Oversized items may also require an additional moving expert to ensure overall safety. Oversized items include, but are not limited to: exercise equipment, safes, wall units, executive desks, tool chests, etc. 


Service time begins upon our arrival.* Please ensure driveways are clear and the truck can easily be parked near the access door of your home/office. 


We operate on a two-hour arrival window to account for time needed to navigate traffic, refuel and stock the truck with the necessary supplies. Your Lead Mover will call you approximately 30 minutes before our scheduled arrival. 


Should you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancelation and rescheduling fees. 


Gratuities are appreciated for a job well done. For your convenience, you may include gratuity with your credit/debit card payment on the day of your move.
