By opting in to receive SMS messages from muv America, LLC (“müv”, “we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to these SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”), which are part of our general Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not opt in to receive text messages.
- Program Description
müv uses SMS messaging to communicate with customers about:
- Service confirmations and scheduling
- Delivery or arrival time updates
- Customer support follow-ups
- Occasional promotions or feedback requests (only with consent)
- Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our services but typically includes 1–5 messages per service engagement.
- Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. You are solely responsible for any fees charged by your carrier for SMS messages.
- Opt-In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages by:
- Checking an opt-in box during booking or contact form submission
- Providing your mobile number and verbal or written consent
- Texting a designated keyword to a müv short code or long code
- Opt-Out
To stop receiving text messages, you may reply:
- STOP to any message
- Or contact us directly at cs@muvnow.com.
You may receive a final confirmation message after opting out.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery may be affected by your location, carrier, and device.

We may update these SMS Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Your continued consent or use of SMS services after changes means you accept the revised terms.
muv America, LLC sends text messages to those that opt in. Messages we send include Account Notification, Marketing, Customer Care and message frequency will vary based on account updates, customer interactions, and marketing campaigns, typically 5-8 messages per month.
